The earrings are made out of polymer clay and hypoallergenic 316 surgical grade stainless steel earring post. 

The material itself is resistant but it's best to treat it with care as water, cream, oil, perfume, heat may affect the longevity. You can clean it with a soft, wet piece of cloth.
