What's your processing time?
We ship orders within 5 business days.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the carriers. We recommend planning purchases ahead of time during the holiday period to ensure orders arrive in a timely manner.

What's your store currency?
Canadian dollars.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do! Canadians get free shipping for orders over CAD$150. International orders get free shipping for orders over CAD$200. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and sales taxes upon delivery.
How do I take care of my earrings?
Please treat it with care, water, cream, oil, perfume, heat may affect the longevity. You can clean it with a soft, wet piece of cloth. Do not bend it as it could break it.
What's your return policy?
All sales are final given the nature of our made to order handcrafted pieces and due to quality control and hygiene issues. However, if you have an issue with your order please contact us and we'd be happy to help!

What's your warranty?
If our earrings arrive damaged, we will find a solution, you can drop us a note on the contact page and we will do our best to respond promptly.
We do not cover warranty once the earrings are in your hands. Polymer clay is fragile, so please follow our instructions on how to take care of it.
